About
I am an Assistant Research Professor in the School of Cinematic Arts, as well as Director of Academic Programs at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Multimedia Literacy, where I teach, organize workshops and oversee academic programs designed to introduce new media literacy skills across USC’s campus and curriculum. I serve as co-chair of the AIGA Design Educators Community Steering Committee, working to support design as a component in curricula, and I've contributed to projects supported by the MacArthur Foundation’s Digital Media and Learning Initiative, including Critical Commons, a fair use advocacy resource.
