I am a doctoral candidate in the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC in Los Angeles. I conduct research in the field of organizational communication, primarily within media and technology-oriented organizations. My research interests include organizational culture, organizational change, the role of social media and the relationship between networks and innovation.
