Andrew Schrock is a Ph.D student at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California. His research primarily examines identity and behavior at the small group and community levels. He is currently a research assistant at the Metamorphosis project on family topics, and has worked for the Innovation lab. Specific topic areas include:

Identity negotiation in small groups

Family communication (particularly shifts in fatherly & motherly identities)

Communities and collectives (geographically-situated and online collectives, forums, and crowds)

Online environments and digital tools
